ПОРІВНЯЛЬНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА СУЇЦИДАЛЬНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ ВЕТЕРАНІВ ОПЕРАЦІЇ ОБ’ЄДНАНИХ СИЛ НА СХОДІ УКРАЇНИ І ЛІКВІДАТОРІВ НАСЛІДКІВ АВАРІЇ НА ЧОРНОБИЛЬСЬКІЙ АТОМНІЙ ЕЛЕКТРОСТАНЦІЇ

Вступ. Розглянуто проблеми суїцидальної поведінки серед ліквідаторів аварії на Чорнобильській атомній електростанції та ветеранів Операції Об’єднаних сил на Сході України. Незважаючи на формально відмінні обставини двох різних надзвичайних ситуацій, проблеми у ветеранів та ліквідаторів часто схожі, що веде до подібних порушень, зокрема суїцидальної поведінки.
Методи. Аналіз даних вказує на високий рівень суїцидальних випадків у певні періоди серед ліквідаторів, що акцентує потребу в покращенні медичної та психологічної підтримки, а також у соціальних програмах для адаптації до нових реалій після аварії.
Результати. Ветерани, які повертаються з війни, стикаються з серйозними психічними проблемами, такими як посттравматичний стресовий розлад, депресія і тривожність, що ускладнює їхню реінтеграцію в цивільне життя і також може призводити до суїцидальної поведінки. Хоча існуючі програми підтримки та лікування для ліквідаторів аварії на Чорнобильській атомній електростанції мають тривалий досвід, профілактика суїцидів залишається проблемним питанням.
Висновки. Проведений порівняльний аналіз обох груп вказує на важливість розробки цільових програм підтримки з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду, а також необхідність додаткових ресурсів та заходів для покращення психічного здоров'я та запобігання суїцидам, як з наукової точки зору, так і в практичній площині.
