ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ПЕРСОНАЛІЗОВАНОГО ПІДХОДУ ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОТОКОЛУ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ ВІЙСЬКОВИХ ІЗ ПТСР ТА УРАЖЕННЯМИ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗКУ

Анотація

Вступ. Робота присвячена вирішенню проблеми посттравматичного стресового розладу (ПТСР) у військових із ураженнями головного мозку шляхом застосування персоналізованого підходу до формування протоколу їх реабілітації.

Методи. При цьому застосовано аналіз протоколів клінічних спостережень щодо ефективності реабілітації хворих із проявами ПТСР та/або ураженнями головного мозку (ГМ).

Результати. Розроблено медико-технічні вимоги до терапевтичного приладу, що був частиною комплексної програми діагностики та персоналізованої реабілітації військових, учасників бойових дій.

Висновки. Розроблена програма реабілітації військових та осіб, що постраждали внаслідок військових дій і страждають на ураження ГМ та симптоми ПТСР, а також технологія формування персоналізованого протоколу реабілітації військових з ПТСР та ураженнями ГМ дозволяє систематизувати роботу мультигалузевої лікувальної команди.
